Attached ADU
With this project, my client's vision was to convert an existing shed into a livable space for his children. Per City request, only 40% of the main existing dwelling was permitted. That gave us 740 SQ.FT. and a 24 ft' height to build.
I was able to support my client by filling out the required city forms and navigating the building permit and approval process with the city of Hayward.
