My client is a investor that finds homes and flips them to sell.

​

My design idea included:

• Adding more square footage by expanding to the parking along the side of the home

• This home currently has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, and a garage

• The Addition will include  2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 powder room

• At completion this home will have 4 bedrooms, and 2 & 1/2 bathrooms

This project is on planning department of oakland.
